About the Project
As part of my role at Colorado Access I was tasked with revamping the existing Provider Alert emails that were sent out on an as needed basis notifying Providers of upcoming changes or other important notices. This email was built in ActiveCampaign and involved email formatting, email list maintenance, and A/B testing.
The Challenge
On an ad-hoc frequency we had emails to send to providers notifying them of upcoming changes or other notices related to Medicaid members and provider care. The existing email looked outdated and didn’t have the best open rates.
The Solution
I worked on refreshing the branding to better align with the new company brand as well as ensured that the emails were entirely refreshed and mobile compliant. As a result we maintained a healthy 45% open rate with an 8-10% click through rate.
