HIIT IT Boxing is a boxing- inspired group fitness studio that uses the combination of boxing and H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) to deliver a full body killer workout. This was a 2 camera shoot that I operated all sides of the production & editing for. The goal was to produce a video that could be used for social media promo as well as on their website.
