About the Project
An SEO audit was done on the TTEC website and I was tasked with building out a working glossary to boost SEO strength as well as having definition and knowledge pages for various industry terms and acronyms.
The Challenge
As a large organization there happened to be a lot acronyms and other keywords that were an ample opportunity for us to rank highly on.
The Solution
In the end I build a landing page where all links to each page were housed as well as individual pages that would house the definitions and any related resources for users to find. Organic keyword rankings were boosted greatly and often on the first 3 pages of google search results.
