At Colorado Access we had monthly emails to our provider network to inform them of changes within our business, changes, from the state, and other changes that could impact Medicaid members. When I started my role the email was a long piece of content without easy ways to navigate or differentiate the content involved in it. I was tasked with reflowing the content to be more precise and clear as well as creating anchor navigations that would allow them to jump ahead to certain parts of the email. This project resulted in nearly standard 45% open rates among our email list of 3,000 providers.
