CSJ Quarterly Email
The Customer Strategist Journal (CSJ) is a quarterly publication that TTEC's content team publishes. Along with that publication they email a newsletter to a distribution list that presents all the articles in an email format for another delivery method. In 2021 I was tasked with redeveloping it to be more mobile friendly, more compliant in email clients, and user friendly for updating within Pardot by using pardots specific tags to allow for more drag & drop type editing.
