About the Project
At Colorado Access we had monthly emails to our provider network to inform them of changes within our business, changes, from the state, and other changes that could impact Medicaid members. When I started my role the email was a long piece of content without easy ways to navigate or differentiate the content involved in it.
The Challenge
Every month we sent an email to our list of 3,000 providers that had updated information for providers that would inform them of upcoming changes from the state, from the company, and other changes that could impact Medicaid members in our network.
The Solution
I was able to reflow the content to be more precise and clear for end users as well as creating anchor navigations that would allow them to jump ahead to each section of the email. This project resulted in a standard 45% open rates among our email list of 3,000 providers.
