About the Project

This was an employee testimonial with USAA, a TTEC client. It was shot in Greeley in a small call center in a short amount of time. The video was used on the companies YouTube channel as well as in marketing material.

The Challenge

A TTEC Client, USAA had an opportunity to film a video with a call center employee who also was a veteran. We were tasked with creating a video that showed the value to be found in the work at the call center.

The Solution

We scheduled some time to go up to Greeley and planned out a full video shoot with the client. This involved a list of shots we wanted, releases, etc. The final result was used on TTEC social media and the corporate website.
